POWATEC is a production and service company that specializes in development, production and sale of products for the semiconductor backend industry. Also, POWATEC offers dicing service for slicing silicon-, glass- and ceramic wafers.
We develop, produce and market state of the art equipment for the semiconductor backend industry such as wafer mounter, wafer laminators, UV curing stations. All Powatec systems are manufactured in Switzerland. Our product range also includes various accessories such as film frame carrier, foil, Auer boats or magazines.
